ESPN hired Sapient to help create the identity & website for EXPN, a new brand focusing on the action sports youth culture. The site was envisioned as being an online community for action sports enthusiasts, featuring sports & lifestyle content.

As part of the design research for the site, I visited skate parks, interviewed skaters, and browsed through skateboarding and snowboarding magazines.

The screenshots shown here are concepts I presented during the initial design phase.
