The Infiniti and Nissan vehicle configurators needed to be re-designed to work on top of a software package provided by Trilogy. Trilogy supplied Sapient with UI requirements, usability research, and recommendations.

Working closely with my creative director, we re-designed the vehicle configurator and created an “on brand” solution that added functionality, increased usability, and streamlined the process.

Subsequent user testing showed an increase in ease of use.
